Through their official website, Syrianska FC have announced that Nigerian defender Moses Makinde has been released by the Superettan club.
The 26-year-old and five other players are leaving the club ahead of the start of the 2019 season.
Makinde made 15 appearances over the course of the 2018 season, including the playoffs, logging 1,076 minutes as Syrianska FC earned promotion to the Swedish second-tier.
He joined Syrianska FC in April 2018 after spells with teams based in United States of America, England, Germany and Romania.
Baltimore Bays, NC State, Whitehawk, VfB Auerbach and Metalul Resita are among the former clubs he represented.
Makinde is a fast and versatile player who can play multiple positions in defense.
