Former Manchester United striker Odion Ighalo is the latest invited player to report for international duty in Abuja ahead of the national team's back-to-back matches with Ghana, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
With the arrival of the red-hot Al Hilal attacker, the total number of players in camp is now six.
The five early birds were British-based quartet Semi Ajayi, William Troost-Ekong, Frank Onyeka and Leon Balogun, and Italian-based fullback Ola Aina.
At the moment, it is unclear whether their first training session would be held on Monday evening.
Their first confirmed gathering is scheduled for 1400 hours when the players and officials meet up for lunch.
Meanwhile, contrary to viral reports in the local press, Fatih Karagümruk winger Ahmed Musa has yet to show up in camp.
The Baba Yara Sports Stadium will host the first leg of the playoff
between Ghana and Nigeria on March 25 and the second leg will be staged
at Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja on Tuesday, March 29 as from
1800 hours.
