According to Norwegian newspaper Bergensavisen, SK Brann have launched a bid of 3.5 million NOK (approximately 470,000 euros) for the signature of Nigeria international Fegor Ogude.<br /><br />The bid from the Bergen based outfit has been deemed insufficient by the leadership of&nbsp; V&aring;lerenga.<br /><br />As per club policy, sports administrator of Brann, Rolf Magne Walstad has refused to confirm or dismiss reports that negotiations are ongoing between the two Tippeligaen rivals.<br /><br />'' We do not comment on such things,'' he&nbsp; simply told <i>ba.no.</i><br /><br />Though Brann are being secretive about the bid for Ogude, it is common knowledge that the club want to recruit a central midfielder before the close of the transfer window on March 31.<br />
