Exclusive: SOLOMON OWELLO Confirms Silkeborg Interest
Former Nigeria youth-teamer and IK Start midfielder Solomon Owello has exclusively informed allnigeriasoccer.com that he could be leaving his Norwegian club before his contract expires in December.<br /><br />The 23-year-old is in his fifth season at Kristiansand, and has played over 90 games (four goals) for the division one club. <br /><br />''I am still at IK Start even though we were relegated at the end of last season. I remained because I want to help them return to the Tippeligaen. We are on course for promotion, presently we are placed second in the championship.<br /><br />''My contract with IK Start runs out in December. I have not started talks on a new deal because I am thinking of leaving. Other clubs have expressed interest in me. I am thinking of moving abroad,'' Owello told allnigeriasoccer.com.<br /><br />Danish club Silkeborg are targeting Owello as reinforcement in midfield in the summer transfer market.<br /><br />''Yes, I can confirm to you that Silkeborg have started negotiations with my agent.
