Golden Eaglets Stop Eagles From Morning Training

Super Eagles of Nigeria will have only one workout on Thursday afternoon (3:45pm) ahead of the team's African Cup of Nations qualifiers against West African brothers Liberia on Saturday.<br /><br />The Under 17 team, nicknamed the Golden Eaglets, are scheduled to train at the UJ Esuene Stadium, Calabar ahead of their own clash on Sunday with the Guinea Under 17s, a qualifier for the 2013 CAF Under 17 Championship.<br /><br />After breakfast by 7.30am local time, the Eagles would retire to their rooms. Led by Stephen Keshi, they will do some light workout and physical fitness exercises at 10 am. <br /><br />South African match officials and the 125 - man Liberia delegation will arrive Nigeria on Thursday.<br /><br />Apart from skipper Joseph Yobo, who picked up an injury while playing for Fenerbah&ccedil;e SK last weekend, there are no injury worries in the Super Eagles camp.<br /><br />(Source: Brila FM)<br />
