MIKEL Update: MARK CLATTENBURG May Be Banned For Life

Former English Premiership referee Jeff Winter has shared his thoughts and impressions on racist allegations against Mark Clattenburg. <br /><br />The referee of Sunday's EPL clash between Chelsea and Manchester United it is being alleged racially abused Nigeria international John Obi Mikel.<br /><br />''If a match official has used racial insults or language to a player then he&rsquo;s for the high jump. He won&rsquo;t be getting a four-match or an eight-match ban, it&rsquo;ll probably be the end of his career, but that is if indeed he did say anything. <br /><br />''&ldquo;I feel it very unlikely that Mark Clattenburg would be allowed to referee until it&rsquo;s dealt with.We certainly don&rsquo;t want this going on for weeks and months,'' Jeff Winter was quoted as saying by <a href="http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/" title="Football">thesun.co.uk</a>.<br /><br />Chelsea have reported Clattenburg to the Premier League for using inappropriate language on two of their players, thought to be Obi Mikel and Juan Mata.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
