Peter Suswam Keeps Vitoria Setubal Waiting
The future of Nigeria international Peter Suswam at Primeira Liga side Vitória Setúbal remains unresolved.<br /><br />According to Portugal's celebrated sports daily <i>A Bola</i>, the leadership of Vitória Setúbal has proposed a new contract to the 21 - year - old right back, who becomes a free agent in June, 2013.<br /><br />Suswam has fallen way down the pecking order of defenders at Setubal. In fact this past season, he only played a game in the Portuguese top flight.<br /><br />With manager José Mota confirming that he will handle the club next season, the ex Lobi Star will only put pen to paper on a new contract if he is guaranteed match time.<br /><br />In addition, Angola international right back <span class="notranslate"><span id="noticiatext" style="line-height:140%;">Lunguinha, a summer arrival, will compete with Suswam for a starting spot should the Nigerian decide to extend his stay.</span></span><br /><br /><br /><br />
