Exclusive : Ejike Uzoenyi Rejects 600,000 Euros Offered By Romanian Club, FC Vaslui

FC Vaslui, currently placed 6th in the Romanian Liga 1 standings, made an offer of 600,000 euros to African Nations Championship best player, Ejike Uzoenyi.
The Romanian club offered 300,000 euros to Ejike Uzoanyi for a two - and - a - half year contract, with 100,000 euros signing fee plus accommodation, car and two air tickets per year.
Inserted in the contract were other performance related bonuses the player shall be entitled to if he commits his future to the Yellow - Greens.
To prise Ejike Uzoenyi away from Enugu Rangers, FC Vaslui had made an offer of 200,000 euros to the Nigerian club.
Manager Mr.Michael Nicholas Uzoagba CEO, Ossy Royal Ventures Limited who facilitated the deal with the help of his partner in Romania confirmed the offer to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“Yes there was official offer from Romania to Ejike Uzoenyi and Enugu Rangers FC.
“I have the copies of the offers with me, but the player rejected the offer and said he does not want to move now,” says Uzoagba to allnigeriasoccer.com.
He added: “The player would have have had a better opportunity to go to Brazil 2014 World Cup as Europe based foreign player if he had accepted the offer.
“Romania transfer window is wide open at the moment and the player will gain a lot of development between now and June 2014 because Romania have good football development to compare with what we have here in Nigeria.
“The club like the player very much and guaranteed him first team football if he had signed.”
