Peter Utaka’s goal after 63 minutes means  he has now scored in two consecutive Champions League matches .

But he is 2 goals behind compatriot Kalu Uche of Al Rayyan in the race for the top scorer award.

Beijing Guoan with one win and two draws are ranked first in Group F with five points ahead of Sanfrecce Hiroshima, FC Seoul and Central Coast Mariners in that order.

The capital outfit will face Central Coast Mariners in the next round of fixtures on April 1 at  Bluetongue Central Coast Stadium.
