Fanendo Adi Hopes He Has FC Copenhagen Future
Published: May 18, 2014
Fanendo Adi still hopes he has a future with FC Copenhagen despite the Danish side farming him out on loan to Portland Timbers until the end of July.
“There is an option to purchase, but I do not know what’s going to happen. I look forward to coming back when the loan period is over.
“If something before that happens, we have to talk about it, but I would still like to go back and play for the fans who have thought much of me,” Fanendo Adi said to bold.dk.
“ I still have a dream of an impact in FCK. It’s a great club and I would like to have the chance to play there. If the club sees a future in me, I’d love to.”
Fanendo Adi signed for FCK last summer from Trencin and scored 3 goals in 9 Premier League games.
