Official : Skoda Xanthi Announce Signing Of Christian Obodo

Through the official channel, Greece Super League side Skoda Xanthi have announced the acquisition of Christian Obodo, without disclosing the financial terms and duration of contract.
The once upon a time Nigeria international arrives the Skoda Xanthi Arena as a free agent after his contract with Portuguese S.C. Olhanense was not prolonged when it ran out at the end of last season.
The central midfielder started his career in his homeland with Plateau United before his switch to Italy where he first teamed up with Perugia before a celebrated move to Fiorentina.
A great part of his professional career was spent at Udinese, whom he represented for seven seasons, from 2005 - 2012.
Christian Obodo has sported the jerseys of Torino, Lecce, Dinamo Minsk in the past.
The 30 - year - old could make his unofficial debut this Saturday when Skoda Xanthi trade tackles with AEK in a tuneup game.
