In his post match comments after the 1 - 0 defeat of Lokomotiv Moscow in the derby, CSKA Moscow attacker Ahmed Musa has stated that he was confident that the Army Men will defeat their opponents before the start of the game.
The Nigeria international scored for the second straight game, netting after 33 minutes at the Arena Khimki, which gave the Russian champions the maximum points.
“Since joining CSKA I never lost to Lokomotiv. Nevertheless, this is a very serious contender. Today, we all believed in the victory and were confident that we can win.
“And so it happened, but it was not easy. Had to fight and fight a lot, to play with Lokomotiv is never easy.
