Senegalese defender Sane Pape Ousmane is still to hear from the management of Enugu Rangers over the extension of his contract, with the agreement between both parties set to run out at the end of this month.

But Sane says his heart is with the club and he would love to remain on their books next season provided he is not surplus to requirement.
“If they show they really want to keep me, I will remain with them or move on if not. But I really love the team and the environment here.
“I just want to return to Senegal and rest for now. From home, I am sure things will happen. I am not in contact with any other team yet,” said Sane Pape Ousmane to allnigeriasoccer.com.
The 30 - year - old is expected to fly to Dakar next week to begin his vacation.
