Ahmed Musa Makes First Appearance In Russian Cup

Ahmed Musa made his first appearance in the Russian Cup this season, as CSKA Moscow defeated Krylia Sovetov (Samara) 1 - 0 to qualify for the last four of the competition.
Prior to the encounter at Khimki, the Nigeria international only made the bench in the third round tie against Torpedo Moscow while he was not named in the 18 - man squad for the second round clash away to Khimik.
In the 49th minute, Bebras Natcho netted the match - winner , blasting the ball past goalkeeper Evgeny Konyukhov from 25 meters.
The Muscovites will face the winner of Kuban - Mordovia in the semifinals.
