Chikeluba Ofoedu scored against his former team Kar�ıyaka in their 4 - 0 loss to Samsunspor on Sunday afternoon.

The ex Enugu Rangers striker defended the jersey of Kar�ıyaka for one - and - a - half seasons before severing ties with the Izmir based side in the winter transfer market.

It took Ofoedu just two minutes to score his pair of goals, first netting in the 57th minute to give the Red Lightning a two - goal advantage before grabbing his second goal of the game in the 59th minute.

The 22 - year - old has bagged six braces in the Turkish second - tier since his move to the league in the 2012 - 2013 season.

In 8 appearances for Samsunspor this term, the diminutive forward has found the back of he net 6 times.
