Published: April 01, 2015
Mahmoud Ouaddeni, the Tunisian agent that brokered the deal that will take Nigeria wonderkid Bernard Bulbwa to Esperance , has informed allnigeriasoccer.com that the midfielder will finalize his transfer to The Blood and Gold on Thursday.
The Shuttle Sports Academy, Lagos starlet is awaiting the outcome of his medical examination which was conducted on Wednesday before penning a three - year contract with the 26 - time Tunisia champions.
“I recommended Bernard Bulbwa to Esperance. He has been offered a three - year contract which must be signed tomorrow,” said Mahmoud Ouaddeni to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“Now he has done his medical. He will be a big player in Tunisia than in Europe.
“ He is a young player, so it is better he begins here at Esperance like Michael Eneramo.”
Reports in the foreign press suggest that Manchester City and Stoke City are attempting to hijack Bulbwa’s imminent switch to Esperance.
“Yes I know some teams in England want him, but it’s better to take his football career step by step.
“And he’ll be with Emem Eduok which is good for his integration, ” Mahmoud Ouaddeni added.
Bernard Bulbwa is doubtful for the upcoming All Africa Games qualifier against Zambia, as he is due to return to Nigeria on Monday, April 6, meaning he will miss a large part of the Dream Team’s preparations.
