Chelsea Technical Director Michael Emenalo Scouts Top Transfer Target Koke

Chelsea are eyeing Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke, according to reports in England.AS says Koke is one of Chelsea’s main transfer objectives ahead of next season.
Chelsea’s technical director Michael Emenalo travelled to Spain last week to watch the midfielder in action during Atletico’s 2-2 draw at Malaga.
Chelsea are willing to offer former Atletico defender Filipe Luis to the Spanish club as part of any offer to sign Koke.
