Official : Abdullahi Shehu Pens Two - Year Deal With Portuguese Club Uniao da Madeira

Through official channels, newly promoted Portuguese Primeira Liga club União da Madeira have announced the signing of Nigeria international Abdullahi Shehu.
The 22 - year - old has put pen to paper on a two - year deal with the Unionists until the end of the 2016 - 2017 campaign.
The defensive all-rounder had been courted by Sporting Lisbon last summer, before he moved to Qadsia SC in Kuwait.
During his one - year stint with Qadsia SC, he assisted the club win the AFC Cup, Emir Cup and Super Cup.
In his homeland, Abdullahi Shehu starred for Kano Pillars before his move overseas.
