Omar Sowunmi Searching For New Club After Release By Ipswich Town

Anglo - Nigerian defender Omar Sowunmi has announced that he is searching for a new employer after his contract with Ipswich Town was not prolonged.
It means the teenager will depart Portman Road without playing any game for The Tractor Boys in the English Championship and the FA Cup.
Ipswich Town loaned out Omar Sowunmi to Essex - based Braintree Town in the autumn of 2014 before striking a deal with Lowestoft Town on the same terms five months ago.
“I’m not remaining at Ipswich Town, I was not offered a new contract,” the 6.5 feet tall defender told allnigeriasoccer.com
The 19 - year - old signed a scholarship deal with Ipswich Town during the 2011 - 2012 campaign after he was spotted playing for local team Stanway Villa.
Omar Sowunmi made 15 appearances for Lowestoft Town over the course of last season, scoring once against Leamington in April.
Before then, he appeared 3 times for Braintree Town in the Conference Premier.
