Shooting Stars Midfielder Eweje: No Fear Ahead Of Clash With Enyimba
Published: June 21, 2015
Shooting Stars attacking midfielder Oladele Eweje says they don’t fear any team ahead of their Nigeria Professional Football League week thirteen clash with Enyimba FC at the Lekan Salami Stadium.
The rejuvenated Oluyole Warriors are motivated and will hope to inflict pain on Kadiri Ikhana’s charges come Sunday.
“We haven’t changed our preparations because we take each and every game as it comes – we don’t fear anyone,” Eweje said
“We are aware that Enyimba are a big side, and they have great players who are tactically disciplined but we are confident now as a team.
“Our coach [Gbenga Ogunbote] has instilled a sense of belief in us. We just want to bag the three maximum points.
“Yes, we anticipate a difficult match but we can’t just relax on the day, we’ll give it our best shot. We’re highly motivated by our performance in recent games and we’ll focus on our qualities.”
The match will get underway by 4pm Nigerian Time.
