C & S Church Kubwa Walk/Jog For Christ

Christians have been encouraged to engage in constant exercise to keep fit and reduce the chances of getting ill.
This was the view of Most Senior Apostle Olatodun Olayinka of the C& S Movement Church Kubwa,Abuja ahead of the church’s working/jogging exercise tagged Walk for Christ coming up on Saturday, July 4th, 2015.
Olayinka also revealed that the walk/ jogging exerciseis part of activities to mark the church’s 10th year anniversary while noting that most illnesses don’t need prayers, they only need exercises.
“Even the Bible specifies that exercise profits the body, while spiritually we are being fed with the world of God, we need to feed our body with exercise so that we will be fit to serve God.
“What may not need prayers, we will use exercise to achieve.” the apostle concluded.
Other activities lined up to mark the anniversary include praisenight/ revival and vigil, featuring appearances from notable musicians from across the country, on Friday July 10th, 2015.
A Luncheon/Awards ceremony is billed for the 1000 capacity Cubicle Marquee, Maitama Gardens,behind NUC, Maitama Abuja on Saturday 11th July, 2015.
The anniversarywould be rounded off with a Thanksgiving Service at the Church premises on Sunday July 12th, 2015.
