Official : Ex Flying Eagles Striker Solomon Okoronkwo Moves To FC Saarbrucken

With a statement on the official website, German 3 Liga side FC Saarbrücken have announced that they have secured the signature of Beijing 2008 Olympics silver medalist Solomon Okoronkwo.
The former Flying Eagles star moves to the Ludwigsparkstadion on a one - year deal from 2 Bundesliga club SV Sandhausen.
At the age of 18, Okoronkwo began his career in Germany with Hertha BSC after transferring from Gabros, Nnewi.
He played on loan at Rot-Weiss Essen in 2007, then, left to join Saturn Moscow Oblast , where he spent three years.
The Enugu - born attacker has sported the jerseys of Aalesund (Norway), Pécsi MFC(Hungary) and Erzgebirge Aue (Germany) apart from the teams listed above.
