Agent CLAIMS Kenneth Omeruo Is In Talks With Glasgow Celtic And Granada
Published: July 12, 2015
Allnigeriasoccer.com has contacted Chika Akujobi , the intermediary representing Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo, amid claims by Africanfootball that he is on Glasgow Celtic’s summer shopping list.
The Nigeria international is yet to make his official debut for the English Premier League champions, having spent the last three and a half years on loan at ADO Den Haag and Middlesbrough.
And by all indications, Kenneth Omeruo will be farmed out on loan again by the Stamford Bridge side before the start of next season as he is way behind manager Jose Mourinho’s pecking order of central defenders.
“They (Celtic) want to sign him, many clubs are interested in Kenneth but nothing has been finalized yet, ” Chika Akujobi told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“Until something is finalized, we will know where he will play next season. Granada and several clubs in the Championship want him but nothing is concluded.”
Kenneth Omeruo represented Boro 19 times last term but the Championship side passed up the opportunity to acquire him on a permanent basis this summer.
