As the new season draws near, transfer windows are open and clubs are in talk negotiating for players who can add value to their team in order to strengthen them for the current season.
In this regard, there are some Nigerians linked to various clubs in the transfer window, speculation are ongoing but there are interest from various clubs to capture the services of these Nigerians.
Some of the players are willing to move and some are willing to stay and fight for places in their teams. We take a look at some of these Nigerians and their possible transfer destinations.
Kenneth Omeruo (Chelsea)
Kenneth Omeruo has been a subject of transfer interest from various club in Europe. The young central defender has been linked with a move to Lille in the French Ligue 1.
He was also linked with a return to Middlesbrough in the English Championship but it appears that would not be the case for the Nigerian international.
However, the player has been linked with Celtic with the Scottish Club monitoring the situation of the young lad.
Granada are also watching closely as they look to solidify their defense this season. It is likely that the player would make a move after he was left out of Chelsea’s 23 man squad for pre-season tour.

Victor Moses has been linked with a permanent move back to Stoke City in the summer transfer market but the former England youth player wants to say at Chelsea and fight for his place in the team.

He was linked to Inter Milan and Galatasaray last season. He was been linked to Real Madrid before the exit of Carlo Ancelotti, but the transfer did not materialize.
Aaron Samuel (Guangzhou R&F)
The Nigeria striker who plays for Chinese club Guangzhou R&F have link with several clubs in the transfer market.
Since making his international debut with the Nigerian National Team his profile has risen and clubs are interested in his services.
He has been linked with a move to Everton but the club are yet to make an official bid . interest for the player have also come from CSKA Moscow with the club making an initial bid.
The Russian club have made a bid in the region of 3.5 million euros but the Chinese club are asking for 5 million euros.
The club president Zhang Li insists that the price must be right for them to sell. CSKA Moscow sweeten the deal inserting a sell –on clause that ensures that Super League club Guangzhou R&F gets 10 percent of the transfer fee if the player moves in future to a new club.
If the deal happen to materialize, then Aaron Samuel will team up with Ahmed Musa in the colors of the Muscovite.
