Through official channels, newly - promoted Turkish First League club Yeni Malatyaspor have announced the signing of Dream Team VI skipper Azubuike Okechukwu.

Only last weekend, the 18 - year - old was one of the standout players of the Nigeria Under 23s in their goalless draw with Congo.
Azubuike Okechukwu is the third Nigerian player that will strengthen the ranks of Yeni Malatyaspor in the ongoing summer transfer market, with the club earlier announcing the capture of Nigeria international Sunday Mba plus George Akpabio.
All things being equal, he will make his debut against 1461 Trabzon a week on Monday as he is in good physical condition, having been with the national team in the last few months.
