Oke Akpoveta Issues Rallying Cry Ahead Of FC Helsingor Clash

Lyngby attacker Oke Akpoveta was disappointed with the 3 - 1 loss to Fredericia on Sunday in the Danish First Division despite scoring his second goal of this season.
“We started very well and we took the lead in the first half, but our opponents were better when they came out for the second half, ” Oke Akpoveta told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“We made two big mistakes that resulted in two goals and there were good chances we did not utilize, I hit the post towards the last part of the game.”
Akpoveta has admitted that Lyngby`s next game against FC Helsingør is a must - win match after losing their last two games in the league.
“Friday is a must - win game but it is not just enough to say it, we have to get the necessary points.
“We have lost two games in a row to teams who are also chasing promising. Now we are playing at home, we are ready for Friday,” he concluded.
Lyngby had won their first three games in the First Division this season and sit third on the table with 9 points in the kitty.
