Official : Victor Obinna Pens One - Year Deal With MSV Duisburg
Published: September 09, 2015
MSV Duisburg have completed the signing of Nigeria international Victor Obinna on a 1+1 year deal.
The attacker has been in Germany since the start of this week to discuss the possibility of joining The Zebras and those talks have led to him penning a deal that will keep him at Schauinsland-Reisen-Arena until at least June 30, 2016.
Obinna began his career in Europe with Chievo Verona but later transferred to Inter Milan following a string of fine performances for The Flying Donkeys in the Serie A.
Playing opportunities were difficult to come by whilst at Inter Milan and he was later farmed out on loan in consecutive seasons to Malaga and West Ham before he signed a permanent deal with Lokomotiv Moscow in summer 2011.
The 28 - year - old will sport the number 15 shirt this season.
