Saturday Nanapere Delighted To Extend Hamrun Spartans Contract

Saturday Nanapere has committed his future to Hamrun Spartans by signing a three - year contract which will see him remain at the club until June 30, 2018.
The 23 - year - old has explained that the love shown him by the supporters was behind his decision to extend his agreement with the newly - promoted Maltese First Division team.
“I signed for three years, all the fans love me so much and they respect me a lot. I am so happy playing for this team that is why I accepted this deal, ” Saturday Nanapere told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“I want to help them win the league and get promoted to the Premier League, that is my main target.
“ I brought the club from Division 2 to Division 1 and I was the top scorer in the club with 18 goals. I also want to play with the national team if possible.”
For the new season which begins on Friday, Saturday Nanapere has been handed the number 22 kit.
