Mqabba On Brink Of Deal For Ex Lobi Stars Frontman Godwin Zaki
Published: October 10, 2015
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Maltese club Mqabba are on the brink of announcing the capture of ex Lobi Stars frontman Iorbee Godwin Zaki.
Barring any last minute change, Mqabbi suits will hold talks with Zaki on Sunday, October 11, to discuss the financial terms and duration of the contract that the striker will append his signature to.
The 20 - year - old caught the eyes of the coaching staff in the training matches that were organized for him and was on target in a test game on Friday.
Though the transfer window is closed for business in the Island Nation, Godwin Zaki can still be registered for the First Division as he was a free agent as at August 31, following his departure from Finnish club OPS.
On his curriculum vitae, the attacker turned out for Sunshine Stars and First Bank prior to his move to Europe in search of the proverbial Golden Fleece.
