Anthony Ujah scored for the third game in a row but it was not enough as Werder Bremen fell 3 - 1 at home to Borussia Dortmund on game week 11 in the German Bundesliga.

On 32 minutes, the Nigeria international cancelled out  Marco Reus’s opener, capitalizing on a rebound after Grillitsch saw his effort cleared off the line.

One minute before half time, Borussia Dortmund took the lead again thanks to Mkhitarya before Marco Reus decided the outcome of the game in the 72nd minute.

Anthony Ujah has notched 7 goals in all competitions so far in the ongoing campaign but 4 of those strikes were in his last 3 matches.

Following today’s loss at the Weserstadion, Werder Bremen sit in 14th place and will face Augsburg in their last game before the international break.
