Israeli Premier League side Ironi Kiryat Shmona are working on a deal to sign the prolific Nigerian forward Austin Amutu, 22.
Sports Walla says the leadership of the Premier League vice - champions has beamed its searchlight on the Kelantan star after negotiations with Fernando stalled.
Amutu has notched 15 goals from 10 games and is considered one of the biggest talents in the Malaysian Super League.
The Warri Wolves loanee was linked with a move to another Israeli team, Maccabi Netanya, before the close of the summer transfer market, which did not come to pass.
