Werder Bremen managed to rescue a point in their Bundesliga clash away to VfB Stuttgart on Sunday thanks to a goal from Super Eagles striker Anthony Ujah .
VfB Stuttgart had taken the lead in the 33rd minute of the match through Lukas Rupp but Ujah netted in the 71st minute to salvage a 1 - 1 draw for the Green-Whites.
Ujah has now scored 7 goals in 15 Bundesliga games and his total goals for the club is 9 if you include his goals in domestic cup competitions.
Despite the draw against VfB Stuttgart, Werder Bremen are just one point away from safety, having last won a league game a month ago.
