Official : CS Sfaxien Announce Signing Of Kingsley Sokari
Published: December 14, 2015
Through official channels, Tunisian Ligue 1 club Club Sportif Sfaxien have announced the signing of Kingsley Sokari from Enyimba of Aba, with effect from the January transfer window.
The Nigeria international will be on the books of Club Sportif Sfaxien for the next three and a half years, bringing an end to speculations surrounding his future.
The Juventus of The Arabs had been on the trail of Sokari for the past one year and were close to losing him to rivals Esperance in the summer but Enyimba later pulled the plug on the deal due to payment terms.
The attacking midfielder joins fellow Nigeria U23 international Junior Ajayi at the club and it is envisaged that he will have no problems settling down in Sfax.
Sokari only played grassroots football for Port Harcourt City FC and Hollando FC before he was snapped up by Enyimba in 2013.
