Kingsley Sokari Hoping To Make CS Sfaxien Debut On Sunday Against Etoile du Sahel
Published: December 15, 2015
New CS Sfaxien acquisition Kingsley Sokari is hoping to make his official debut for his new employer on Sunday, December 20 when they trade tackles with Etoile du Sahel in the Tunisian Ligue 1.
It has been widely reported that the attacking midfielder’s deal with the Juventus of the Arabs is done and dusted, but he will not be able to feature in official games as the Tunisian transfer window is closed for business until Saturday.
And that means the former Enyimba star will definitely miss the upcoming game against Ben Guerdane in the league.
“I joined CS Sfaxien because I need to start from somewhere and I need playing time to improve more on my game, ” Sokari told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“I spoke to Junior Ajayi before I signed and he told me CS Sfaxien is a good team. I think this weekend I will play my first game for the club.”
After 8 rounds in Ligue 1, CS Sfaxien top the table with 22 points in the kitty and have one point more than Esperance, while Etoile Sahel are placed third with 19 points.
