Official : Shola Shodiya And Birkirkara Go Their Separate Ways

Maltese Premier League side Birkirkara FC have announced via their official website that they have parted company with Shola Shodiya, 24.
The former Gateway and Enyimba frontman is yet to appear for The Stripes in the league this season after picking up a long term injury.
Shola Shodiya joined Birkirkara FC in August 2011, snubbing advances from Mqabba FC and Qormi, who were both interested in his signature.
The highlight of his career whilst with Birkirkara FC was helping the club win the Premier League title in 2013.
In 118 appearances, he scored 42 goals and was voted the BOV Player of the Month in February 2013.
