Stoke City Striker Peter Odemwingie Happy To Return From The Cold

Peter Odemwingie was delighted to return to action in Stoke City’s 3 - 1 win against Norwich City in the Premier League on Wednesday night, having missed the last 14 games in the top -flight.
Injuries have curtailed the striker’s appearances this term just as was the case during the 2014 - 15 season, with only 2 appearances under his belt before yesterday’s game at the Britannia Stadium.
“Thanks guys ð���ð��½. Was good to get a run out in the best stadium in the world ð��� â�½ï¸�ð��´â�ªï¸�. Boys said back from Siberia, I said Antarctica ð���ð���, ” the Stoke City number nine posted on Twitter.
The Nigeria international is in the final six months of his contract with Stoke City and a club option will be exercised to extend his stay should he impress in the remaining 17 games in the Premier League.
