Exclusive: Abia Warriors CEO Flies Out To Morocco To Conclude Talks With Wydad Casablanca Over Chisom Chikatara Signing According to information gathered by allnigeriasoccer.com’s editorial staff, Wydad Casablanca are in the driving seat in the race for the signature of the leading scorer at the ongoing African Nations Championships, Chisom Chikatara.

Chairman of Abia Warriors Football Club, Chief Emeka Inyama , will jet into Casablanca on Monday, January 25 to finalize a deal with the Moroccan Botola Pro side on behalf of the striker.

That said, Chikatara agreed personal terms with Wydad Casablanca on January 13 but the transfer could not be completed on the day the window was shut in Morocco due to his participation at the African Nations Championship.

In other words, the agreement he reached with the Rouges et Blancs will be activated when the transfer window reopens in the summer.

Raja Casablanca were mulling over a move for Chsiom Chikatara but they have lost out to their bitter rivals.
