Leicester City Put Move For Ahmed Musa On Hold To Concentrate On Winning Premier LeagueEnglish Premier League leading Leicester City have not approached CSKA Moscow again regarding the signing of Ahmed Musa in after a failed bid for the striker in January.

At the moment, the Foxes have more important things to worry about, including winning the Premier League for the first time in their history, but a source in the know has revealed that he expects the club to resume negotiations at the end of this season.

CSKA Moscow rejected at least two bids from Leicester City days leading up to the close of the winter transfer market as the Army Men, who have their own ambitions of winning the league title, did not want to lose one of their key players.

“It is not that there has been no further contact,it’s more a case of Leicester City concentrating on the English Premier League,” a source close to the Super Eagles skipper told allnigeriasoccer.com.

“There is nothing new at the moment but maybe in the next few weeks things will change.”

The Nigeria international, who has netted 12 goals in all competitions so far this season, is tied to CSKA Moscow until the summer of 2019.
