Official : Fanendo Adi Extends Portland Timbers Contract

Major League Soccer club Portland Timbers have announced that they have extended the contract of Super Eagles invitee Fanendo Adi.
Per league and club policy, the financial terms and duration of contract penned by the striker have not been disclosed.
The former FC Copenhagen and Dynamo Kiev man has been rewarded for his imperious displays since he initially joined the Timbers in the summer of 2014.
Last season, Fanendo Adi netted 18 goals in total in the MLS, helping Portland Timbers to win the MLS Cup title.
The Super Eagles coaches have also taken notice of his potential, handing him a first-ever call-up for the African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Egypt.
