We Are Set For The Double Over Nasarawa United, Says Ilechukwu
Published: June 08, 2016
Head coach of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Football Club of Lagos, Fidelis Ilechukwu has told mountaintopfc.com that his wards are strong enough to do the double over Nasarawa United Football Club of Lafia.
MFM FC will host the Solid Miners in Wednesday’s Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) matchday 21 clash at the Agege Stadium in Lagos.
The first leg saw the Lagos-based team claiming their first away victory in the top-flight with a 2-1 triumph but the young tactician believes his men are capable of completing the double over Nasarawa United FC when both teams meet on Wednesday.
“ We are set for the game against Nasarawa United FC, we know it’s not going to be an easy one but my boys are strong enough to finish the good work they have started.
“ Nasarawa United will be coming for revenge but we are favourites to win the match, the Boys have vowed to do the double over them and their response during our training sessions have been so encouraging so I believe they will put smile on the faces of our fans tomorrow,” he told mountaintopfc.com.
MFM FC currently occupy the 9th position in the NPFL with 27 points from 18 league matches.
