Fit Again FCIU GK Ikechukwu Ezenwa Hits Super Eagles Camp On Monday
Published: September 30, 2016
Allnigeriasoccer.com can reconfirm that FC Ifeanyi Ubah netminder Ikechukwu Ezenwa is in tip-top condition ahead of Nigeria’s World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola next weekend.
The 27-year-old had to be substituted in the second half of the Nigeria Professional Football League clash with Enyimba last weekend after complaining of chest pain.
Ezenwa arrived in Lagos on Tuesday ahead of FCIU’s tie against Mountain of Fire and has been training with some grassroots teams at the National Stadium, before his teammates joined him from Kaduna on Friday morning.
Barring any last minute changes, he has been tipped to be in goal against MFM at Agege Stadium on Sunday.
He is expected to join his international teammates in Abuja as from Monday, October 3.
