Ranieri Reacts To Leicester City Interest In Wilfred Ndidi
Published: December 01, 2016Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has played down reports linking the Premier League champions with a move for Nigeria international Wilfred Ndidi in the January transfer window.
It has been claimed that the Racing Genk midfielder has agreed a five-year deal with the Foxes, with effect from January, with the Belgian team set to pocket around 14 million pounds transfer fee.
“I can tell you it’s only speculation and I don’t talk about players coming in or going out, ” Ranieri told reporters at Thursday’s press conference.
“I’m sorry, I don’t speak, I’m only a coach. I am focused only on Saturday.”
Wilfred Ndidi, 19, joined Racing Genk in January 2015 from Nath Boys of Lagos.
