Exclusive: Watford Striker Isaac Success Reacts To Bursaspor Link
Published: January 07, 2017
Watford striker Isaac Success has reacted to speculations in the local and foreign media linking him with a transfer to Turkish Super Lig club Bursaspor in the January transfer window.
The Green Crocodiles cannot afford the Nigerian’s transfer fee, with the Hornets paying 15 million euros to secure his services from Granada last summer, so the feasible option is to sign him on loan for the remainder of this season, according to the Turkish press.
“I heard the news that the club from Turkey are interested in me, I don’t know if they have contacted Watford, ” said Isaac Success to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“The news is everywhere but I have not had any contact with them, maybe they want to contact Watford directly. ”
Success, who is celebrating his 21st birthday today, has a contract with Watford until the end of the 2020-2021 season.
