Official : Two-Time African Footballer Of The Year Released By European Club

Two-time African Women’s Footballer of the Year Cynthia Uwak is on the lookout for a new employer ahead of the forthcoming season following her release by Finnish club åland United.
Now 30 years, Uwak did not meet her own high standards last season in the Naisten Liiga, netting only five times.
The prolific striker has spent most of her career in Nordic countries, representing KMF, FC United, Falköpings KIK and PK-35 Vantaa.
She also previously represented Lyon (France) and FC Saarbrücken (Germany).
