Guardiola Sends Another Message To Iheanacho, Striker Left Out Of Squad Vs Bournemouth
Published: February 13, 2017
Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola continues to ignore Nigeria striker Kelechi Iheanacho on his match day squad.
For the fourth straight game in the Premier League and the fifth in all competitions, the Taye Academy product has not been selected by the Spanish manager.
With Argentina star Sergio Aguero named on the bench, it is now crystal clear that Iheanacho is third choice in the pecking order of strikers at the Etihad outfit.
Wednesday will make it one month that the ex-Golden Eaglets sensation last featured in a competitive game for City, the 4-0 loss to Everton in the Premier League, when he was introduced in the 62nd minute.
