Leicester Coach Hails Man Of The Match : Ndidi Reminds Me A Lot Of Kante Leicester City coach Craig Shakespeare has showered praises on Wilfred Ndidi for his performance against Stoke City in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon, and has compared him to ex-Foxes hero NGolo Kanté.

The Nigeria international opened his Premier League account with a trademark shot from 25 yards out, and the manager was not surprised by the quality of the goal, having scored similar goals against Derby County and Club Brugge.

“(Ndidi) is young and we dont want to put too much pressure on him. Hes a humble boy and reminds a lot of Kante with his personality, ” said Craig Shakespeare

“First goal was always going to be crucial and what a goal it was. Ndidi has done that before. Hes got that in his locker.

BBC Leicester Sport
