Super Eagles Star Moses Misses Training Ahead Of Manchester City Clash
Published: April 04, 2017
Victor Moses is racing against the clock to be fit for Chelsea’s Premier League tie with Manchester City at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.
The Nigeria international missed training on Monday, fueling speculation that he will not be involved in the crunch match with the Citizens.
Only last weekend, Moses did not make the Blues 18-man squad for a Premier League match for the first time this season, having failed to recover from a calf injury he suffered against Manchester United in the FA Cup.
Super Eagles hopeful Ola Aina would have been the ideal replacement for Moses but manager Antonio Conte preferred Pedro Rodriguez instead.
