Talented Hannover Striker Noah Bazee Rejects Concrete Offer From Arsenal
Published: April 17, 2017
Super Eagles hopeful Noah Bazee has turned down an opportunity to play in the glamorous Premier League after rejecting an offer from Arsenal.
Just before Hannover faced off against Eintracht Braunschweig in the 2 Bundelsiga this past weekend, the HDI-Arena outfit announced with pride that they have extended the contract of their striker by three more years.
Before agreeing fresh terms with Hannover, Bazee had a concrete offer from Arsenal, and Bayern Munich were willing to bid for his services, according to German newspaper Tageszeitung.
Schalke 04, Borussia Monchengladbach and Bayer Leverkusen were the other Bundesliga teams interested in the signature of the 20-year-old, who made his first-team debut last season.
Noah Bazee has not featured for Hannover in their last four games in the league due to a knee complaint but he is on the road to recovery.
