King Of The Brace Musa Reacts After Netting Tenth Brace In Three Years Vs Togo
Published: June 01, 2017
Ahmed Musa was delighted after bagging a brace in the Super Eagles 3-0 hammering of Togo in an international friendly in Paris on Thursday evening.
The Leicester City striker struck two goals in a single match for the third time while wearing the jersey of the senior national team.
Musa first scored a brace on the biggest stage, the 2014 World Cup, in Nigeria's 3-2 loss to Argentina on June 25, before registering another two goals in an African Cup of Nations qualifier versus Sudan four months later.
''Good to start the new month, with goals and winning, good game guys 💪💪💪💪,'' Musa posted on Instagram.
Since that epic battle against a Lionel Messi-inspired Argentina at the Estádio José Pinheiro Borda, Musa has bagged a brace in seven competitive matches for his clubs.
The teams include Everton, Kuban Krasnodar (2), Mordovia Saransk, Sparta Praha, Terek Grozny and Rostov.
