Alabi Becomes Hot Commodity On The Transfer Market After England DebutNewly promoted EFL League Two club Lincoln City have joined Dagenham & Redbridge and Tranmere Rovers in the race to sign Chester FC striker James Alabi.

According to the Chester Chronicle, National League champions Lincoln City are interested in  the 22-year-old striker.

Alabi has been offered a new deal to remain at Chester but has informed the club he wants to move onto pastures new.

The former Stoke City youth-teamer has emerged as a transfer target for the aforementioned teams after scoring 17 goals in 42 appearances for The Blues over the course of last season.

Born in South London, James Alabi made his debut for England C team in their 2-1 win over Panjab FA last month.
